1. No paid plan

Ephemr is free. There is no subscription to cancel and no charge to refund.

2. If a charge is ever made

We will not charge you unless the price and terms are shown first. Any later charge would be refundable where required by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law ("ACL").

3. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee — for example, they are not supplied with due care and skill or are not reasonably fit for a disclosed purpose — you may be entitled to a refund, to have the service supplied again, or to other remedies as provided by the ACL.

Where a failure is not major, we may choose between supplying the service again or refunding the price. Where a failure is major, you may choose.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when.
